Heatgun and plenty of patience. You can pry each corner gently and heat the sealant to super hot, it will let go as the pressure is applied pulling the glass. Just don't touch the glass with your prying tool. Last summer on one of the hottest days of the years I popped four out of parts car by just pulling on them.
