Then fix it up and ask 15k....Because asking 13k OBO for a car that still needs work done for it just to get running on the road is some BS, No one is going to dish out over 10k for a car that is YOUR problem for not being completed. Dont dump your trash project on someone else or if you do dont be asking 13k.
If you want nearly all the money back you spent on labor/parts then your best bet is going to part out every single part on the car, thats the ONLY way you'll get close to what you're asking for. Anywho i offer you the best of luck because with that price you'll deff need it.
