My S13 ES
Hyper-flex kit came with everything except the diff bushings. Comes with front and rear sway bars(for both diameter sway bars) and end lonks, front spindles, rear uprights, tension rods, front LCA, traction rods, RUCA, Toe rods, and steering rack and a ton of lube. But it comes with the subframe inserts, not the pineapples.
