Finishing this forum for those who might come across the problems I've encountered. I finally was able to bleed the car again and I took it out on the road tonight with no overheating and misfire. The fan clutch was my culprit all along for the overheating problem, and a new distributor cap, rotor button, and set of spark plugs with wires solved the misfire. Hope this will be able to help someone!
