(62222-80F00) S14 240SX KOUKI FRONT BUMPER SIDE BRACKET - yes you need them and USDM are the same part with JDM
(62270-81F00) S14 240SX KOUKI FRONT BUMPER STAY - yes just to have the retainer to stay on the USDM bumper support, JDM don't have them.
You need the retainer also to bolt up the bumper, USDM are the same as JDM part
USDM kouki foam absorber will fit, you don't really need it but its nice to have for USDM bumper support. You can call or visit the dealer they have the part numbers.
