it almost sounds like u have a exhaust leak and a miss. i doubt the manifold has cracks cuz its cast iron but the gasket might need to be replaced. also i suggest to do a tune up asap. get plugs (always check the gap), wires, fuel filter and u should be straight. also ide run some fuel injector cleaner for a while just to make sure nothing clogging up. u never know how well the car was kept.
