Unfortunately I've already checked Courtesy Parts and verified in person at the a dealship parts desk, but the clips only show up as part of the Fuel Cell Protector (17285P)... you can see one approximated in the image, but it does not have it's own part number.
I have one good one that I was able to pull without breaking, when I get home I will post a photo to explain a bit more clearly.
