Also, most likely what the other guy said it was a prepaid phone (no way to trace, only thing would be his face on camera in the store, IF the store had any), and an email from an Internet cafe (new bogus email created). Cops won't do any good. To hire someone or try the detectives to get involved probably will cost more than the car.
