Good Reading
I read Solo Secrets or something like that written by Henry Watts. Good book it helped me alot my first season. Remember slow is smoth and smooth is fast. I walk the course at least 3 times, you should pick places where you know you'll be WOT and on the brakes. Walking w/ an experienced driver helps also. They can help point out the fast line and the right apexes. I always remember which cones I need to "aim" for usually the outside leading into the turn, the apex cone and the outside leading to the next element.
Goodluck,
