It isn't as easy as you think but doable. Unless you get the Erod package that comes with the carb sticker.
If you are also trying to use the evap system from a 240sx you have not done enough research. Ref will not allow you mismatching parts from different cars even if its the same family of engines. There is some flexibility in this if for some reason he can't find a part number and the part resembles the original part the Ref will pass it.
On an S14 I think I remember someone cutting up some corvette headers to fit. GTO headers fit with S13. Check out this forum for more info
