I am japanese american with dual citizienship and moved from japan to ohio for school and work , Since youre american it will easy to adapt again, to be honest the car scene in the states blows compared to what your use to. Get ready to see the land of knock off wheels, expensive old cars, and everyone is a drifter. I travel a lot for work and have been to AR a bit, I really like that state for some reason, maybe because I like fishing and stuff but its a peaceful place. I am not too sure about the car scene but good luck with everything!
