Why do you want the S15 SR20?
If you are going to do any mods in the future, it doesn't matter which platform you use, but parts for the S13 SR are much cheaper and easier to find.
I would recommend a S13 blacktop that appears to be in good condition and has good compression, etc etc....
The motorset itself is usually a lot more $$$ for the S15 engine, but you don't really gain much
