you should try to figure out if it's just your mud guard/fender liner or if it's the fender... or if it's the wiring harness underneath the liner on the drivers side... or if it's the tire rubbing the coilovers... or if it's the tires rubbing the "fold" where the apron is joined to the... err.. inner fender? -- you an see this if you take off the fender liner.
Unless you're running very low offset wheels (+5mm or lower) you are probably not rubbing the fender, which leaves the next two most likely as "just" rubbing the fender liner (raise car or get stiffer springs/stiffen dampening), or rubbing the coilover (neeeeed lower offset wheels). If you're rubbing coilover, you're probably running a Honda-offset wheel, i.e. 17x7 +45mm.
If you're "just" rubbing fender liner, check to make sure you're not eating through your wiring harness!
