If they asked me why I had an intake on my Civic I'd say,
"It sounds better and makes my car faster, this shit is slow, who am I gonna race?"
The funny thing is when people are dying from street racing there are like way more people dying from other crimes and shit they could be handling.
Popping people for street racing without proof is just a cheap way to make revenue.
