Ha ha, you guys crack me up. Everyone is so hostile over here. unfortunately drift freaq is pretty much on the money. What your seeing is vapour trails passing above from flights that could have been past hours ago.
Vapour trails are caused by two things, firstly vortices that form on the wing tips due to condensation in the center of the vortices however these don't tend to stay for long. The ones your seeing passing above you are most likely caused by the hot exhaust gases cooling in the colder atmosphere and forming the clouds of condensation. These vapour trails are able to last for many hours before dissapating and hence why you can see them passing by in the video.
Also if you watch the video closely you can see a aircraft at 13 seconds stream across the sky creating a brand new vapour trail that then moves off the screen with the rest of them.
That a good enough debatable answer for you
