By far your best option is to have someone who knows what they are doing fabricate something for you. Nothing else is going to fit correctly, coming from a fabricator i would much rather start from scratch than try and work with something that may not even come close to fitting.
I would say do your best bet is to find someone in your area that can tig weld stainless (perhaps even a hot rod or other performance shop, diesel, motorcycle) if they don't have material call email my former co worker and ask for the fallowing.

2 90* 3" SS bends
3' of 3" SS straight
2 90 1.5" DIY dump tube (i'm assuming you have a 38mm gate?)
1 dump tube flex section
This will get you everything needed to have someone build you a very good DP/wg vent. Wont be super cheap but you won't have to do it again.
Cheap option say fuk it, take it to a diesel shop or other exhaust shop and tell them you don't like how low it hangs and you want it flanged by the cat so it's 2 pc. i'm sure you can get some (for lack of better term) red neck fix for around 200 bucks
good luck (thinking more on it go the cheap route for sure, no reason to invest in a super nice DP when you may end up changing out the manifold or turbo in the future.)
