I would start off by saying, "Not that I'm of anyone of great importance in your universe sir, but please don't let me down.. Please.." And If I could assess that he did actually give a shit about my concerns, I would then discuss them for a few minutes. I would then humbly apologize for the added pressure and ask him to just do the best he can with the time he has..
And if he didn't give two shits, well then I guess it was a pointless conversation to begin with...
No matter how the conversation went, I would respectfully thank him for his time..
