Ok so I know it took a bit, I've been a bit busy, but here are pics of under the valve cover and a video of the noise. Everything looked ok under the valve cover. Nothing looking like it was oil starved or anything. Also I have been trying to find this noise and I just can't. My A/C went out for a bit so I ran without the A/C belt for a while and it still made the noise so I don't think that it's the idler pulley. You can hear how the noise only shows up while I pass through that low RPM band.
