Well, it seems clear to me that trying to bring a smile to someone other than me is not worth my time & effort, and I'm ok with that.
Yosh: About the drifter thing.. you say nobody here claims to be a drifter, but look at how many people jumped on me because they thought I was calling drifting stupid. And as far as mousing over: would you have still clicked it seeing what the link WAS instead of 'driftcity.net'? Be honest.
BEISSEN: I'm talking about japanese drifters, primarily. I seriously doubt Jeff Gordon or Michael Andretti drift. Also, where did I say I drift on the street? I haven't drifted on the street (intentionally) for well over a year. I grew up a little and decided I'd rather risk only myself and my car while on a track. Also, could you enlighten me as to how my post is 'so stupid, and HOW, exactly, I 'screwed myself over'. Admitting ones shortcomings is not a dishonorable thing. Would you prefer I came on here and bragged about what a great drifter I am? I think not. I can drift, but not as great as some. I enjoy the ability to control my car, especially at high speeds.
