The thing is you have to figure out how much camber, width tires you plan on running and how much fender pull you'd have to do to clear the wheel setup. Thats what will dictate how low of an offset you'd need to run. Personally, I dont like the last cars stance...too much camber. I like my tires to last me a while.
The lower offset you go, the more pull you'd need, less tire width and more camber.
My personal recommendation would be 18x9 +11 with 225/40-18s and 18x10 +11 with 255 or 265/35-18s. You'd need to pull the roll all around and will need a fender pull for the rears.
