.5 bore is also not a big deal. I have built two motors at +0.5. 9:1 compression is also fine. There are guys that go higher and run less boost for responsiveness and midrange, to reduce turbo lag, but it becomes more sensitive to tuning and detonation. Yes, stock TB is fine at that hp level.
