on a side note.. and an answer to the OP.. Get a repair kit, or take it to a shop. bondo is no good for structural.. but epoxy.. well.. epoxy is awesome. sand prime and paint.. There are write ups on the subject of bumper repair if I remember correctly. (maybe it's just general body repair??)
Whatever tho.. if you have problems finding a shop that will do it, then just order a new bumper..

i can guarantee you the 3m (8005) product you're going to refer to doesnt work to well, and thats from my own personal experience. but feel free to post up suggestions, doc
