Wow.. so I called FRSport and they were more than willing to replace them for me.. I drove down there to show them what the issue was. The guy at the desk tried to compress them as well with no success :/! He went in the back and pulled out a brand new set hoping they would work better, BAM.. wouldn't compress either! So he grabbed a set for s13 and there was slight improvement but still very very stiff. We tried the set I brought in
again and slowly but surely it began to compress..
So in the end they DO work, just needs a seriously large sized guy to pump them for like an hr before they work like they're supposed to.. Live n learn I suppose
I like em, they look good and work well but I'll be sure to keep my stock hood prop around just incase.. [:
