Go to walmart,buy one can of white paint(.99$)
Don't sand it or anything. Do this in an open area where there is wind (drying purposes),and spray the shit out of the bumper. Within 5 minutes,shit will look just like new, and you'll even have leftover paint to paint your hood etc. Enjoy
