yup +1 for expansion valve. Located behind the glove box in the breather case. you need to undo the 2 a/c lines on the firewall side 1st and the box comes out. The Valve wrapped in some gummy tape stuff. I just did mine too in my Nissan 240. My Volvo 240 only needed a recharge
