Heres a VID.

Im thinking clutch can someone else tell me it if it is or isnt. Put it in reverse, went to desengauge to back up and boom GRINDDDDDDDD or whatever.

Also I drained the RP and put in 80-90 gear oil ( 2.5L ) like the FSM says and still the samething sadly. this was just to see if it was the oil which i guess its not. So someone shine some light and tell me if its the tranny or clutch.
