yes going from S14 to S15 you do not need the radiator support. however you do need to drill 2 half circles on the stock frame so the projector housing on the S15 would fit properly. use dremel or something fo the likes.
S15 Cf hood is available for the S14 conversion. fiberglass unit cost about $2500 with hood, fender, light, etc.
