well it all depends on what year. the 97-98 cars cost more due to harder to find parts. If you want I have a 98 5 speed ecu I can sell you for $150, then you are looking at your tranny which will run anywhere from $350-$500 depending on mileage and that will be one with under 100 thousand miles on it.
Then you just need the other parts listed above. I have sold 98 swaps with tranny for $800 but I won't ship trannies. It has to be in California. I have a buddy up north that spent $1200 all said and done. Remember you have to buy a brand new clutch and depending on which one you go with that could be another $120-300. Figure $800 for all the main parts without clutch, $50-100 for interior parts like a brand new shift boot and knob. plus the clutch price above. so $1200 is pretty realistic for a 97-98 Now if you had a S13 it would be another story . Its much cheaper for us because we do not need to use the 5 speed ecu. the parts are cheaper and easier to find. Of course a low mileage trans is gonna cost either way.
