There isn't a big difference between JDM and USDM taillights, they are pretty much the same.  Except the USDM tail have a side marker light.

Here are my questions Matt:
Is there any company that make metal fenders for a S-15 kit?

What material does Masa and Strawberry Face use for their conversion kits?? are you able to get a hold of one?? if so how much??
