Why not? All you have to do is add a fuel pump, fmic, crank the boost up to 1-1.2 bar, some tuning and should be able to make 300hp easy.

I cant help you with wiring but it should be similar to S14 kouki swap. I'd highly recommend you to run an S14 tranny instead of the S15 one due to the speedo nightmare you'd run into. S15 transmissions doesnt have a speed sensor on its bellhousing, the S15 cluster uses the ABS sensor on the diff.
