Oh your totally right. I mean it's not like we're breaking the law by running an exhaust without a catalytic converter, or a Japanese motor, or a ridiculously low suspension? yet we get away with it.
I just was curious why you'd even address the issue of them being illegal if nobody can even tell or give a damn.
