"Are you serious?, for reals?" (repeat x million times over)
Uh yeah, it's a prank i guess.
saying stuff like that & using your cell camera definitely accomplishes the constructive.
I'm going to take the officer's side here.
IMO, he was more than reasonable.
it would've been less controversial if the KO wasn't thrown.
If it were me, I'd cuff both fatties to a pole or something & book the annoying bystanders for causing a public disturbance.
