I did plan on a 0 tolerance/ no excuses clause as part of the 'conditions of entry' for the drivers.
So you're telling me.. You approached a landowner with you waiver and you are currently running events down there?
no special use permits? road closure issues? parking? honey buckets? insurance? adherence to "environmental noise limits?"
