I run these and love them: Circuit Sports HTR-0134-HC Inner & Outer Tie Rod Combo S13/S14

Much beefier than stock, nice difference in feedback/feel; and no rubber boots to crack/tear... As far as "bang for the buck," they are very affordable (cheaper than a full OEM Maxima inner/outer set) and more of an upgrade~
