He's right, Dude sead balanced to 15 grand. That only means the rods and or pistons can take it. No telling what the head can do or block for that matter.
Plus since it needs an engine management system it's still at stock redline for now.
I know the machine shop where the head was done. I've heard great things about em. It's where I'm gonna take my head when I build it.
I never knew altered atmophsere knew worked on a skyline much less knows what an RB is! Pleasently suprised.
Johnathan: I think I'm gonna see if I can push sean into buying this car. He wants an R32. I think he might get one from motorex though.
