S13 and S14 inner and outer tie rod thread pitch where they mate to one another is different. You would need full S13 inners and outers. Try Z32 inners with S14 outers, they are shorter than OEM S14 inners.
Maybe someone swapped knuckles and LCA's before you got the car and you have S13 stuff? The only S-Chassis sold as a 94 was the vert.
