I wonder how the news station got ahold of the story.. neighbors probably called them and reported how this guy got the house, in attempt to destroy him, but it backfired.. He was probably just chillen when the news station contacted him for an interview.. lol

This is 100% truth HOA is a clan of Biatch's esp in North County SD. I think thier mad becuae they're probably screwed with thier loan and owe more than the house is worth and this guy is going to be rich once he actaully owes the house. Buy a house for $ 16 and sell it for 280K is a dream.
