Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.,everyone sees his own world and decides what is beautiful and what is ugly.This guy saw a red vette and decided to improve its looks.

I too laughed my ass off,but then realized ,I do the same with my car ,I dont mean I glue flying lizards on the hood and roller paint stripes on it.But I modify the exterior according to my taste.Dont we all do the same?
I think the guy is nuts like everyone else.Maybe made LSD in the pharmacy.But I still Congratulate him for doing things his own way.Id like to ask him what inspired the Phoenix/dragon theme?,lol.The guy is probably a genius.
