Crate train your dog or provide an adequate sized kennel. Crates are quite cheap as well and you can always find them for damn near free on craigslist. Kennels are a little pricier, but if you're to lazy to train or feel that a crate isn't for you they're the next best thing.

not a chain dude my bad i meant a collar but thanks for the link but that not what i need i just wanna walk my dog with out worring she gonna get out the her collar she all ready ripped her harnees anti pull harness outgrew her collar and people at the dog park tell me to get a choker chain and some people dont i just wanna know which one would be best
