Dear Mr. Obama

I am gravely concerned that the long standing rivalry between East and West may reach the point of conflict in the very near future. Empirical evidence exist to support the theory that the East led by the Peoples Republic of China intends to match, then, surpass the United States' position as the sole global super power. If it is truly the intention of the West led by the United States to maintain it's position in the global forum, preemptive steps must be taken to curb the fast rise of the East and the danger that poses to the Western way of life.

First, it should become the doctrine of the West to hinder, halt, and destroy any and all progress made by the East which may come at the expense of the West.

Second, an economic policy must be adopted which strongly favors Europe, the Middle East (no further east than Baghdad) and Africa as sources for goods and raw materials. In addition, it should become the policy of the West to consider any States which help, aid, or promote the cause of the East as "enemy states".

Third, an aggressive campaign must be launched to prepare our armed forces for the upcoming conflict. Preparations must be made to safeguard methods of "Command and Control" as well as regional communication capabilities from kinetic or cyber attack.

Finally, it must be fully accepted that a full scale global conflict is not far off of the horizon. This is the cold hard reality of life. Steps must be taken as soon as possible to properly position the West to strike once the conflict has begun.

In conclusion, our generation has not seen what war will bring. Used to watching television reality shows, playing video games, TMZ and MTV, this generation has no concern with history and the lessons that are to be learned by studying the past. War is not over until it has rolled through our cities, towns, farms and villages. Unlike past conflicts in which the American population saw very little of the war in person, this war will be different. It will bring death and destruction to our land. It will touch every city, every town, every village, every family and every person. Please Mr. President, prepare us, your people, for the upcoming struggle. Prepare us for the upcoming losses. Prepare us for the upcoming fight. Prepare us for victory!
