I have a 1998 auto sr20det engine and NB ecu in my car mated with a manual transmission. NA ecu is for the manual, would this work for this engine as well or are there significant differences in the wiring harnesses? What power fc is compatible now for my set-up, just the one that replaces the NA ecu?

The car runs well like it is however on start up I need to feather the gas pedal. Once the engine warms up in a minute or two it idles completely fine. I suspect the ecu as the problem because I've already adjusted the IACV and the throttle body adjustment screw.
