Yah there's a double standard for sure.
personally I would find having liquor sold anywhere close to a hs to be in poor taste (if not also reckless).
then again if you're desperate enough drunk and/or pothead,
I suppose any reasonable distance isn't going to discourage you.
maybe it matters little, idk.
