No rpm tach
 

S14 sr20 in a 1990 s13 hatch.

Yes I have a a DOHC cluster. And a JDM cluster as well. Neither are working.

I have 4.5volts from the ecu to the plug. (Yellow w/ red stripe). When I turn the car on I see the needle pop. But nothing happens.

I've tried just about everything

Any help is appreciated.
