That is very true man, at the same time haters make you and everyone else better at what they do. Plus I honestly don't feed into the negativity. My stance is if your into the car culture u should have respect for anything even if you don't like it. I didn't realize Charleston even had a car scene to be honest, but then again I don't spend enough time there to really know.

The scene is pretty weak, i really only have met a couple guys that are decent to talk to about cars. quite a bit of people just want to shit on other people.

Bump. So I found out there may be permanent positions opening up down there for my work. I would place myself at a 25 to 50 percent chance of getting one and moving to Charleston in the next year or so. It's either that or up to DC because I have decided I'm not staying in hampton roads either way. Anyway, if I end up being lucky enough to get down there, what's fun in the car scene to get ready for? I'm currently swapping an LS1 into a Z32 and doing a lot of other replacement and refreshment of parts while I am in there. I hope to have it back running by winter at the latest.

I know there was a meet down in Charleston about a month or two ago ran by a shop. There is also monthly meets in Columbia but way too big, around 600 cars. I don't really know much else
