Currently 4lug with Q45, want 5lug - possible?
 

Would I be able to get the hub from a Z32 and keep my existing rotors and brakes? Wheel selection at 17"+ and 4lug is quite limited...

Please search, its been answered PLENTY of times, but the quick answer is no on front Z32 hubs, yes on rear. But not all Z32 model hubs.
