Ka24e running rich and idling high
 

I adjusted my tps too 0.45 volts and it idle at 2,000 rpms and I adjusted the idle screw all the way in and it goes down too 1,900 rpms. I tried timing it but the notches move around crazy and not steady enough to set it. Ecu isn't throwing codes. And when I drive and give it full throttle it has dark grey smoke out of the exhaust. I checked for vaccuum leak and there isn't any. And when my key is in on positions the tps is getting the correct 5 volts
