any info about these rims, like what bolt pattern they come and what cars you see them on the most (usdm or jdm). the more info the better please!

Bee-R's or Uras (if they even make rims)

Prob. 18X9.5's or 18X10's. Low offsets +12's maybe? Good fortune finding them. Pretty rare.

The Uras NS-01 rim have been discontinued.

Bee-R B5 you can get them from RHDJapan and they still sell them. and the picture you showed is the one they have on the advertisement... I think CST makes them and maybe rota makes a knock off too...
