03 de running 100% injector duty
 

I have a 91 240sx with a vq swap running incredibly rich. Has plenum spacer, intake, and exhaust and has been tuned which is when we found the issue. Injectors are running at 100% duty all the time and I have been unable to track down the cause. The ECT, and IAT both check as good. Maf is on the upper end during idle at 6-6.2 g*m/s to where it should be 2-6 at idle. No vacuum or exhaust leaks found either. Running stock ecu with uprev installed. Looking for more ideas.
