idk if this is a scam or not but there is a web site that sell sr20/rb20/rb25/ for about 800 to 1500 it is called tigerjapanese auto parts ltd it looks like a pretty official web site tho

Jdm Online is in canada.. they're legit.. these guys (tiger) sell with no harness or ecu and they have two websites...
