Headlights/ relays

Hey eveybody on the forums i need a little bit of help. ok so i just bought my first s13 hatch and my headlights wont go up or down. I checked all my fuses and was thinking it was a relay because non of my fuses were blown and i found the relays and tried to take them out and could not. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated

There is no trick to removing the relays. You can remove them with channel locks if you cant grip and rip.

Firstly you need to ensure you can manually engage and retract them. Then shoot for the relays. Next you're going to want to try the motors themselves.

Those along with the relays are the next most common denominator

what do you mean by manually engaging them

on top of each headlight motor there is a plastic cap. under that cap is a knob you can screw to raise/lower the headlights manually...

Report back with your findings.

Turns out after what like 4 years i had my headlights working for about 3 months and now im going silvia front. Also best way to pull a relay is with a skinny screwdriver.
